We are a sole agent of rapid growing China Flavors & Fragrances Company. To support our rapid growth for the next few years, we are looking for professional to strengthen our management team to fill in the position:


Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Explore, identify and develop new client business and establish good relationship, servicing and maintaining it with long term "partnership" concept


Requirements :

• Male/Female
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Preferably from Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• Has 4-5 years of experience demonstrating proven sound track record in Sales Management & Marketing (must in managerial position) of similar/industrial products (background from Food/Beverages or toiletries industry is preferred)
• Possess strong team management skills & strong leadership skills to lead a highly-driven team
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good communication skills, negotiation skills, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, decision making, planning & organizing, analytical skills and strategic thinker
• English proficient (both, written & spoken)
• Computer literate (MS Office) & Good presentation skills
