Payroll, Compensation & Benefit Manager

Requirements:

• At least have Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related field from reputable university
• At least have 5 years of working experience in managing payroll, compensation & benefit; preferably from multinational company
• Have experience in implementing government regulation regarding manpower and Pph21 regulation
• Experience in designing compensation & benefit system for multinational company
• Experience in designing and implementing Job Evaluation and Grading System
• Preferably familiar with SAP system
• Familiar with MS. Office program
• Excellent leadership skill
• Excellecent communication and presentation skill, english is a must

Recruitment Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

• At least have Bachelor's Degree in psychology, preferably have psychologist certification from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing recruitment from multinational company
• Excellent in implementing Behavior Event Interview technique or equal
• Excellent leadership and communication skill
• Fluently in english is a must
• Excellent in handling multitasking and set priorities
• Familiar with Ms. Office application
• Preferably familiar with SAP
• Target oriented and high determination type

Training Manager
