Our client, which is a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) company, is currently looking for some talented “AREA SALES SUPERVISOR” who will be located in some areas in Indonesia.
Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* To lead the sales force team, maintain their performance level and coach/train them as necessary
* To be responsible for sales target achievement in the assigned area and define the best suitable distribution channel.
* To register all potential customers and ensure the sales force will do regular visit to them
* To define weekly & monthly order for distributor based on company target and stock status.
* To analyze business size of each distributor, primary sales monitoring, and Account Receivable monitoring.
* To manage promotional activities which should be suitable with area condition.
* To assist the manager in establishing Business Review & Business Plan
* To manage budget and financial report from distributor
REQUIREMENTS:
* Male
* Max. 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree (S1) graduated with min. GPA 2,75
* Having minimum 2 years experience in sales, of which 1 year in supervisory level
* Preferably from similar Industry
* Strong Leadership skill
* Computer Literate
* Having driving lisence class A (SIM A)
* Willing to be located in anywhere in Indonesia Territory
