Marketing Executive
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)


Requirements:

• Age between 20-35 years old
• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales & marketing
• Committed, Dedicated, and Loyal.
• Well Presented, must have excellent presentation, communication, selling and negotiation skill
• Good Command of English would be an added advantage

Sales Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Support the category management and sales activities of the permanent contract and support for implementing appropriates strategic planning.
• Close Sale Deals and supporting sales team in closing deals
• Coordinate with sales team and Customers for all new activities.
• Monitors, analyzes and reports all the sales activities
• Ensure good relations with Customers.
• Develop, motivate, and manage a team of professional sales and support staff.

• Minimum S1 holder
• Must have min. 5 years experience in sales.
• Excellent local network such as; building Contractor, building consultant, Developers and etc.
• You need to be highly action, goal oriented, independent, hands on person with confidence and initiative and great leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English will be advantageous and excellent negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the region and be prepared to travel and Able to work very flexible hours and under time pressure
• A detail orientated individual with positive attitudes, high motivation, good Social graces and able to work in a team and have a pleasant personality
• Critical competencies required for success in this role include strong Business Leadership, Entrepreneurial Drive, Operational Excellence, Result Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, strategic planning experience, self starter, highly organized, and polished presentation.

Marketing Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• This is a strategic front line role where you will be mainly accountable to ensure the sales performance of the company's products. Your tasks encompass setting up goals and measuring sales, maintaining existing customers, executing sales plans as well as impacting customer decision making in the assigned area. You will partner with a sales manager and command a team of sales personnel.
• Create many Strategies for all aspects of company products, including devising and implementing sales strategies, forecasting sales, supervising in-house sales people, advertising, printing of sales literature, qualifying customers.
• Responsible for new market entry, opportunity assessment and future market potentials. Establish and manage high level communication channels with targeted customers.
