Job Vacancy as Customer Service Coordinators

Our client, a Singapore public listed company in the electronics industry and having regional offices across Asia has openings for dynamic individuals as:

Customer Service Coordinators (Aust)
(New South Wales - Sydney)

Responsibilities:

The Job

Based in the Sdyney Office and reporting to the Sales Manager, you shall play a key role and be responsible for the following:
* Handle customers' enquiries
* Liaise with principals/suppliers/customers on purchases and timely deliveries
* Process documents related to Sales, Purchases and Shipping.
* Provide customer service support
* Perform general administration duties

Requirements:

a) Good co-ordination has always been your forte
b) You enjoy communicating with people
c) You have at least 2 years' of customer service experience including handling shipping documents.

AND have these requirements:

* Must be strictly an Australian or Aust. PR residing in Australia.
* Must possess working knowledge of Letter of Credit
* Possess GCE 'O' level and above
* Conversant with Microsoft Office
* Able to communicate in English (fluent & clear)
