1. Trainer - SHLP Training (HRM0070)
* Minimum Diploma in training field or technical related area (OHS, Public Health).
* Completion of a Train the Trainer or similar workplace trainer development program.
* Minimum intermediate spoken and written English language skills.
* Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to research and develop training materials and resources.
* Ability to prepare, delivery & review the training program both in Indonesian & English.
2. Foreman Process Mechanic Maintenance (PMT0135)
* A high school education and 5 years of experience with maintenance of large mechanical equipment and piping in a milling/processing environment are necessary.
* Three years experience in a machine and steel fabrication shop are essential.
* Certified welder preferred.
* Time management and people management skills are necessary.
* Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
3. Reps Env Reports and Permitting (ENV0072)
* Minimum of a 4-year college degree in environmental and/or science-related field.
* Strong computer skills to utilize PTNNT standard Ms. Office software package.
* Strong oral communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
* Strong Organizational skills, strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills, and strong technical writing skills.
