Job Responsibilities :
* Participate in adventure training program as the Pilot
* In change in managing the ultralight airplane
* Give a training to young Pilot
* Take in charge in Bintan Site for managing the team

PROJECT EXECUTIVES/ PROJECT MANAGERS
Job Responsibilities :
* Handle clients’ enquiries and sales of program
* Plan and design programs customized to meet client’s needs and objectives
* Ensure smooth processes and logistics management for all projects
Client management
Pre-requisites :
* Degree Holder
* Minimum 25 years old
* Passion for outdoors activities
* Must be meticulous with an eye for details
* Excellent time management and people management skills
* Previous project/events management experiences an advantage
* Preferably knowledge in Human Resource Development
Responsibilities :
We are looking for individuals who have a strong facilitation background and a passion for the great outdoors. We also welcome individuals who would like to develop their potential in facilitation with us. As a facilitator, he/she needs to work closely with our corporate clients in the designing and delivery of our high-impact Adventure-based Experiential Learning programme, which are customized to fit clients’ needs and objectives. Facilitators need to be knowledgeable in management consultancy and skillful in bringing out key learning points which participants can relate back to their workplace.

* Individuals must be able to attend a 5-Day Basic Facilitator Course in early/mid June
