Qualifications :
* Bachelor/Graduate degree from reputable university
* Min 3 years of experience in operations Credit Card Business area
* Quick learner & Self Motivated person
* Able to work under pressure
* Well organized and a good team player
* Strong computer knowledge especially in Microsoft office Application (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Responsibilities :
* Leading Collection, Credit, Customer Service and Vehicle Operations in Semarang
* Responsible for Net-Loss for Semarang Collection
* Responsible for the Amount Collected Recoveries for Recovery
* Strategically analyse the Reject Reasons, for better approval rate in Credit Department
* Responsible for Service To Sales (S2S0 in relation to Customer Service Department)
