TREASURY OPERATION UNIT HEAD
(TROPS)

Key Responsibilities :

* Responsible to process all types of treasury products, ie. FX, MM and FI.
* Responsible to make a proper reporting for internal and external parties, such as LHBU, Daily Exposure Report, etc.
* Responsible to assist the supervisor in reviewing the treasury operations process with the view to mitigate risks and streamline process, including system enhancements.


Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
* Minimum of 1 year banking experience in related area.
* Posses a good analytical ability to think “End to End process” in each respective area.
* Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High accuracy and excellent administration skills.
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
(PM)

Key Responsibilities :

* To take on the end-to-end management of system and product development for our technology department.
* Product requirements are driven from a large number of internal clients and the scope needs to be closely controlled and planned for.
* Work interfaces include business re-engineering team, product team, vendors, solution development, quality assurance and client support.
* Candidate will work within a project office liaising closely with our Indonesian and Vietnam operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business System or Management System in an IT/Business related discipline from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
* Minimum of 3 years software project management experience.
* Having experience of running multiple projects under tight timescales.
* End-to-end project planning, status reporting and issue / risk management.
* Strong communicator and project leader.
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.

Preferred :

* PMP / PRINCE2 accreditation or other project management methodology.
* Financial industry experience.
* Experience working within project office environment.
* Have come from a technical background as an analyst /developer.
* Understand UNIX, NET, Java and SQL database technologies

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
(VM)

Key Responsibilities :

* Manage and negotiate medium to high cost price product and service vendor contracts for all areas within the combined PTBC.
* Drives cost performance with every new or existing relationship. High comfort level negotiating any and all opportunities regardless of product or service type.
* Identify and execute strategic review of existing spend history to determine targets of opportunity to consolidate, eliminate or cost reduce going forward.
* Take the leadership role in implementing the sourcing process for medium to high value projects. Be fully responsible all aspects of the process including research, exploratory meetings, bid process, RFP analysis and vendor selection. Coordinate contract negotiation efforts for directed purchases not requiring RFP and sourcing efforts.
* Partner with the Contracts Administration area to create, review, negotiate with vendors and launch contracts. Coordinate and research industry trends for sourcing projects. Research and review potential new suppliers for targeted sourcing areas.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Law or related fields from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
* Minimum of 5 -8 years proven aggressive vendor negotiation experience within a corporate purchasing environment or equivalent.
* Project Management experience preferred.
* Strong project management, quantitative analysis and negotiation.
* Ability to lead and influence internal stake holders and senior management.
* Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
* Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Access is a must.
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT & LIABILITIES OPERATIONS OFFICE
(WMO)

Key Responsibilities :

* Responsible for process all types of mutual funds, time deposits and banc assurance products processes, as well as internal payment and trailing fee processes.
* Responsible to make a proper reporting related to Regulator and Management.
* Responsible to assist the supervisor in reviewing wealth management and liabilities operations process with the view to mitigate risks and streamline process, including system enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
* Minimum of 1 year banking experience in related area.
* Posses a good analytical ability to think “End to End process” in each respective area.
* Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT HEAD
(PYTS)

Key Responsibilities :

* Responsible for managing all types of payments using SWIFT, RTGS, SKN and bank drafts.
* Responsible for clearing of cheques.
* Responsible for nostro account reconciliation.
* Responsible to ensure proper reporting related to payments transactions to regulator and Management.
* Responsible to perform a continuous review off all payments process with the view to mitigate risks and streamline process, including system enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00.
* Minimum of 5 years banking experience in related area, with minimum 3 years in managerial level.
* Have a good understanding of BKE arrangement.
* Posses a good analytical ability to think “End to End process” in each respective area.
* Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High accuracy and excellent administration skills.
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.
