Contracts Manager
(Others - Willing to work overseas)
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Contracts Department.
* Take charge of contract administration, in particular contractual matters in relation to owners and subcontractors.
* Oversee the preparation and submission of progress claims
* Prepare and evaluate tenders
* Advise on project cost estimation
* Assist in assessment of claims and measurement of variation orders
* Assist in settlement of final accounts with owners and subcontractors
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Others), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
