GROUP PROGRAM MANAGER
(Others - INDIA ( HYDERABAD ))
Responsibilities:

* The mission of our client Applications is to enable people to work with line of business information (e.g. ERP, CRM) and business processes from within the System.
* The group, working out of the India Development Center (IDC) has two main areas of focus:


* 1) Develop enabling technologies to connect Line of Business Processes and Information as part of the joint product.
* 2) Develop a suite of Enterprise Applications that integrate with and leverage the
* business intelligence capabilities in SQL and LOB connectivity to create powerful Business Applications.


* Group Program Manager - Hyderabad/Secunderabad


* Job Description


* Our client is looking for a mature group program manager to work closely and productively with the USA team while located at Hyderabad.


* • You will be the program management owner and key contributor to the planning and product definition fl of all the products.
* • You will own the team’s schedules and priorities for the assigned deliverables to be in line with
* the business priorities.
* • You will identify opportunities for the team to build prototypes that might potentially grow into new features/products. You will also create opportunities for the team to be more involved in TAP programs, Tech Eds, etc
* • The candidate will be the key driver for the development efforts of the team.He wll lead initiative to identify process and implement sustainable practices (including war teams, triages, etc). He / She will also showcase the work at Exec Reviews and elicit feedback.
* • The candidate will b a mentor to program managers and lead program managers to take on bigger roles. The candidate will also manage communication between the IDC and the USA teams.


* Requirements:


* • Strong experience managing remote R&D efforts
* • Strong team management, conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership skills.
* • This role will also require customer empathy and excellent communication skills (you will interact frequently with internal/external customers).
* • You should possess the ability to set direction and make the right feature tradeoffs. Experience with enterprise software is a strong plus.
* • The candidate must be proficient at managing cross group relationships
* • Results-oriented Group Program Managers with a track record of shipping commercial software products in similar remote R&D environment will have an advantage.
* • Experience of 10 – 20 years.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): ERP, CRM, TAP PROGRAMS.
* Preferred skill(s): BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, ENTERPRISE APPLICATION, SQL.
* At least 11 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in INDIA ( HYDERABAD ).
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, others, others, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
