Our client, rapidly growing Oil and Gas Services Company is looking for highly competent and professional people as:
Project Finance & Accounting Manager (PFA)
Responsible for all operational, financial and accounting matters of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for fund raising or to find resources of funding in order to fill the needs to increase working capital or for special projects by developing feasibility study and create the projected financial statements and payback period.
* Coordinate in preparing budgets, project cash flow, project financial statements, analyzing on budgets and financial statements, variances reports, outlook financial statements.
* Responsible for handling L/C.
* To be exposed in handling projects with value above USD 50 million.
* Manage tax planning such as: Withholding tax and import and export tax.
* Develop and improve the Standard and Operating Procedure of Finance, Accounting and Taxes as a system and procedure that rules and regulates the finance, accounting and tax transactions.
* Maintain good relationship and communication to third parties like banks or finance companies, insurances, tax departments, customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
* S1 degree in Accounting/Management from reputable university
* Min. 3 years working experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably from Oil & Gas, Mining and Project Construction Services Company.
* Fluent in English
* Good communication and leadership skill
