The incumbent will be responsible to monitor day-to-day activities of CPM’s productions and stocks and provide sales and technical support to prospective clients, including creating Detailed Engineering Drawing (DED) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ). He/she also will have to build strong network among retailers and CPM to increase retail selling of Solusi Rumah’s products.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma degree from reputable university in Civil Eng or Architecture.
Experiences: min. 5 years working experience on construction sites as site supervisor or assistant of project manager.
Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, ETABS/SAP for construction, MS Project.
Language: Good command of English, both oral & written.

Other qualifications:

Good overall business understanding
Good sales ability / persuasiveness
Possess excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills, combined with an enthusiastic and well balanced approach to the job.
Ability to create drawing.

Purchasing Manager-Indirect Material

Responsibilities:

Report to Sr. Purchasing Manager of company and will handle needs of both Danone Indonesia and Danone Dairy Indonesia
Review and establish purchasing strategy with mid/ long term plan in Indirect/ Non production material purchase
Continuously drive business benefits in term of costs saving, operating capital improvements and supplier qualification with its rationalization
Ensure spent savings are achieved year on year especially through taking part in CIP project especially in area of maintenance spent (MRO)
Lead supplier selection process, negotiation, and implementation of contract and management thereof
Maintaining suppliers data and KPIs through constant review and monitoring of supplier performance to ensure that quality goods and services are delivered on time and on budget
Constant monitoring of market trends to ensure that prices of goods and service remain competitive at all times
Standardize, streamline, and reduce vendor and material database
Optimize workflow, procedures, and internal information flow system through maximum utilization of SAP system and resources
Develop direct report capabilities to ensure adequate talents in purchasing department

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field
Have a minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position in multinational company (fast moving consumer goods industry is preferable)
In depth understanding of principles and concept of purchasing
Experience in Indirect Material or non production material purchase, MRO will be advantage
Strong negotiation skills and familiar with power negotiation skills
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Mature, independent and creatively resourceful
Able to work under pressure, flexible, and fast adapt to changes
Good analytical thinks, problem solving skills with excellent computer literate
Team Player and developing team member oriented
Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
