DRAFTERThe position is based in Sidoarjo, and would involve email and internet communication with Australia.
Requirements :
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* At least 2 years experience in Commercial kitchen equipment and understanding of stainless steel kitchen equipment manufacturing.
* Have minimum of S1 Degree from reputable university
* Expert in CAD, preferably Autocad or Archicad (larger packages, more easily converted/transferred to architects etc) and Excellent to operate Microsoft office (specially in words, excel and power point) .
* Must have good appearance, ability to work in team and individually, willingness to work under pressure and strong personality .
* Work efficiently and accurately also enthusiasm to learn and develop hospitality knowledge.
Responsibility :
* Review and print received drawings for quoting purposes
* Adjust kitchen plans and update with equipment benching and shelving from detailed list
* Draw section thru of bench work for construction
* Work from basic sketch, customer brief to produce plan layout based on standard sizing and equipment
* Produce working drawings for customer approval and construction drawings once approved
* Continue to develop drawing library and standards
* Maintain methodical and accurate electronic records of all drawings revisions and plans
