EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

* Monitor delinquent accounts in GAM portfolio.
* Work closely and/or follow up with internal departments to resolve customer's disputes.
* Liaise with internal departments on bill contra, AP hold back, consolidation of group exposure of selected customer, etc.

* Prepare chronology of follow-up actions for cases to pass on to debt agent.
* Prepare monthly KPI report and Escalation List to Management.
* Perform credit assessment for GAM customers.
* Work with Account Manager to gather external cost information, deal structure, etc to find out risk exposure.
* Highlight any adverse information of existing customer for closer monitoring.
* Guide internal user on credit assessment guidelines in credit policy.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of related experience
* Those who have experience in credit assessment and working experience in large MNC or large organization will be considered favorably.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and customer service oriented.
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
* Good team player and be able to work independently.
