* Have a good understanding and knowledge base in computer networks, hardware and software is a must
* Familiar with troubleshooting network, hardware and software
* A strong logical thinking process
* Has a positive and self achievement orientation
* Able to develop complete technical documentation
* Able to work in a team and willing to work within tight deadline
Responsibility:
As part of MIS department team, he/she is respobsible to maintain and minimized downtime for network, hardware and software computer.
