Personal Assistant to Director (Singapore Base)
Responsibilities:
- The key dimensions of the role include:
- Manage and maintain executive schedule
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Prepare papers, reports and presentations and archive them
- Produce reports, letters and presentations
- Sort, screen and priority incoming mail (by post, email and fax) and call and ensure it is dealt with promptly and effectively.
- Liaise extensively with internal and external business contacts.
- Arrange travel and hotel bookings
- Maintain a solid and structured filing
- Other duties as assigned by superior
