We are seeking highly qualified professionals to add to our Management Information System team (based in Papua and/or Jakarta) to support our goals of providing ever higher standards of business support. APPLICATION SUPPORT

GEN. SUPT OF APPLICATION ARCHITECT
Focus on improving PTFI long term business benefits by supporting the design, development and maintenance of all applications so that they are efficient, high quality, easily maintained, secure, comprehensive, built on current technology platforms and optimize reuse by maintaining strategic and operational standards for a team of 22 programmers, analyst and project leaders that have developed, manage and maintain a (growing base of 100 business applications and more than 1000 custom reports for all PTFI users
Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Engineering, Information Systems or computer science related fields with at seat 5 years experience in Information System related managerial position. Having a Master Degree (S2) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Indonesian) and broad knowledge of program management and people development.
• Strong knowledge in System Architecture.
• At least 3 years experience in leading regional or global support/development team.
• At least 5 years experience in ERP system implementation. Knowledge in MIMS/Ellipse ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Software Development and solution technology.
• Work Location: Jakarta with minimum traveling.

SUPERINTENDENT, SECURITY & RELEASE ARCHITECT
Provide application deployment leadership by creating and enforcing a common and consistent approach to the quality, security performance and completeness for all applications prior to their release to PTFI customers thereby reducing rework, poor supportability, compromised security incomplete development, incomplete documentation or other application system components that can easily degrade the business value of the development.
Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering). Having a Master Degree/S2 in Business Administration is an advantage.
• At least 5 years experience in IS design, development and release.
• At least 3 years experience with user requirement analysis and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Work Location: Jakarta, with minimum traveling

SUPERINTENDENT, OPERATION APPLICATION
Analyze, organize, evaluate, and deliver appropriate, reliable, and efficient IT system applications in assigned area (e.g. Grasberg, Concentrating, etc) in order to maintain a focused business expertise and benefit to PTFI business component.

Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering). Having a Master Degree/S2 in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Having experience in Business Systems industry for at least 5 years.
• Having knowledge and experience in applications project management for at least 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, UNIX Server Operating Systems Management methodologies, Systems Hardware management.
• Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (technical and conversational).
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Work Location: Tembagapura - Papua.

SR ANALYST, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Manage and develop system applications that meets users needs and requirements, to ensure the application are established accurately, in time manner, and in compliance with the existing standard procedure and company policy.

Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Information System, Business Administration or Engineering with minimum 3 years work experience as Analyst.
• Excellent communication skills, writing and conversation (English and Indonesian).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Min. 2 years experience in change management project will be an advantage.
• Advance computer literacy.
• Work Location: Kuala Kencana, Timika - Papua.

PROGRAMMER APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Analyze and develop system applications that meet user’s needs and requirements, to ensure the application are established accurately, in timely manner, and compliance with the existing standard procedure and company policy.

Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in MIS, Business Administration or Engineering with 3 years work experience as Analyst.
• The incumbent must have strong decision making and planning, and priority under rapid changing organization and user requirements.
• To provide customer with the most update or the new automate information technology within existing PTFI standard policies and applications, the incumbent should have broad knowledge of information technology.
• To adjust with multi cultures, positions, personalities, user’s environment within the Organization, the incumbent must have good interpersonal skill and having knowledge about cultures.
• The incumbent should have knowledge in business process to capture and identify the real problem and translate them correctly to the programmer.

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT

SUPERINTENDENT INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM
To manage and control all Databases (Oracle and SQL) and Application servers/services within sites, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability in accordance with department and industry standards, customer requirements, and Company policy. The main duties includes develop strategic initiatives; provide leadership and direct project assignment and staffing to ensure effective and efficient resource allocation.

Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Server Operating Systems, Database Architecture and Management, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft NET, Share Point Portal Server. Team Foundation Server and Server Hardware Management.
• Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT NETWORK SUPPORT
Direct and control the development, installation, operation, and maintenance of company’s Voice/Video/Data/Radio networks. The position is responsible for monitoring and managing the Network Support group budget and ongoing projects. The position is responsible for the day to day management of staff and staff development. Vendor management is a key component of the position.
Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Engineering with 10 years experience in voice communication, data networking, project management, and in handling complex network system.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Products, TCP/IP, Telephony, VoIP LAN and WAN architecture, WiFi, Trunk Radio technology, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Nortel PABX, Cisco Products, and Radio technology preferred.

SENIOR ENGINEER DATA NETWORK
Operate and maintain Wide and Local Area Network to ensure performance, reliability, and availability of the network in accordance with management requirement, including leading projects for continuous performance improvement and enhancement.
Specific Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Informatics, Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5 years experience in Data Networking.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Products, TCP/IP, VoIP LAN and WAN architecture, WiFi, and methodologies.
• CCNA minimum CCNP preferred.
General Requirements :
• Strong project management, and leadership skills.
• Strong managerial, and communication skill, required.
• Participate in virtual teams with members located globally.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (technical and conversational).
• Advance computer literacy.
